Complaints and Feedback
Feedback and complaints process
All feedback is taken seriously and treated as an opportunity to improve our programmes. If you have a concern about a service we provide, or something affecting your study, please let us know as soon as possible so it can be resolved quickly. You can view our detailed policy regarding complaints here.
How to raise a concern
1
Talk to your tutor
Most concerns can be sorted out quickly at this level — start here.
2
Programme Leader or Operations Manager
If the issue isn't resolved, or isn't one your tutor can address, raise it here next.
3
Chief Executive Officer
Unresolved matters can be escalated to the CEO for a final internal decision.
Not satisfied with the outcome?
If you're not satisfied with the outcome of our internal complaints process, you may be able to raise your concerns externally. The New Zealand Qualifications Authority's website has information about the avenues available to you.
Bring a support person. You don't have to go through this alone — a classmate, friend, or family/whānau member is welcome to join you at any stage.
Questions about the process itself can go to your Programme Manager at any time.
